These general terms and conditions apply to contracts for deliveries of digital content that is not on physical media (in particular digital graphics, 360 \u00b0 panoramas, Adobe files) that are made available as a download or for real products from Sumago GmbH (sales via wylder.de ) – hereinafter referred to as wylder – and to the purchaser – hereinafter referred to as customer -.
By using the wylder.de website, these general terms and conditions are fully recognized. <\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

The contract between wylder and the customer becomes effective as soon as the customer has used the \u201corder for payment\u201d button in the sales process. By submitting the order, the customer submits a binding offer that relates to the conclusion of a purchase contract for the products in the shopping cart. Wylder confirms receipt of the order with a confirmation email to the customer.
After the order process (purchase), the customer receives an invoice by email.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

This license applies to agencies, companies and end customers with more than 5 employees at the time of purchasing a digital wylder product.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

The license grants the customer a continuous, non-exclusive, worldwide license to use the selected digital work. The customer thus receives the authorization to use the article in order to create a single end product for himself or for a customer (a “single application”). An end product is also a product in which the digital work of wylder is integrated. Commercial use is only permitted once. Additional licenses must be purchased from wylder for further uses.<\/p>\n

Example:<\/span>
360 \u00b0 projects in which other digital works are installed in addition to wylder products. Here the end product is the unique overall composition.<\/p>\n

Under no circumstances does the customer get access to the basic project files from applications such as Cinema4D, Blender or Unreal. Only the digital products are purchased in JPG, PNG, GIF or PSD as editable project files. The end product can be created for a customer and this can also be transferred to a customer for a fee. The license then passes to the respective customer. Purchased digital wylder products can be changed, edited and combined with other works. The resulting works are subject to these conditions with regard to one-time use.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Payment of the purchase price is due upon conclusion of the contract. The prices indicated on wylder are gross prices and include the applicable statutory value added tax. Payment in the Wylder online shop can be made via PayPal and credit card. Wylder uses the Mollie payment service to process payments. All customizations are handled via separate offers.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

The products are offered for download immediately after purchase. The shape can vary. As a rule, download options are offered by email or from the customer center on the Wylder website.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Wylder offers intangible and irrevocable digital goods and does not issue a refund for them once they have been made available. With the purchase the customer accepts this condition. Exceptions are only considered individually by wylder and only if a product demonstrably does not correspond to the description. In any case, both parties must then agree to a corresponding agreement. The deadline for registering reimbursement claims is 14 days.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

When initiating, concluding, processing and reversing a purchase contract, data is collected, stored and processed as part of the contract processing. When you visit our online offer, the IP address used by the PC, date and time, browser type and the operating system of the PC as well as the pages visited by the customer are currently logged. It is not possible for us to draw any conclusions about personal data, nor is it intended. Personal data that the customer provides, for example in the context of a shopping process or by e-mail (e.g. name or contact details) will only be processed for the purpose of contacting you and for the purposes that you have made available to us. We only transmit the data to the company commissioned with the delivery as long as this is necessary to provide the goods. In order to process the payment, we transmit the data to the bank. Wylder guarantees that the product is free of defects at the time the object of purchase is handed over.
All templates offered have been carefully created and tested in several browsers. The presentation of the templates can differ in different browsers and operating systems. If the customer has defects or defects, the customer is obliged to report these to wylder.
If the delivered products show defects or defects, wylder is obliged to remedy these or to deliver replacements.
